I provide high quality, multiple exposure, edited MLS Formatted Photos within 24 hours of the photoshoot. I am a MLS Verified Photographer. Blue skies and fires in the fireplace are included. Along with that, additional editing services are available upon request.

Drone Photography

Drone Photography is an awesome way to highlight key exterior features of your property like size or location. It allows people to understand the layout of the property better, especially for larger lots. Property lines/indicators added to the photos are also available upon request.

Floor Plans

Schematic Floor Plans are an additional service, providing room measurements and layouts. These are great to give buyers a better idea of the space that photos are showcasing.

Virtual Staging is available upon request. This is great for showcasing vacant properties and allowing buyers to visualize the space with furniture.

New Haven, East Haven, Branford, Guilford, Madison, North Haven, West Haven, Woodbridge, Milford, Orange, Bridgeport, Stratford, Fairfield, Hamden, Durham, Middletown, North Branford, Northford, Wallingford, Cheshire, Meriden, Clinton.

Anything outside of these areas may be subject to an additional fee for travel.

I also offer larger commercial property photoshoots. This can be anything like medical facilities, schools, etc. This will be priced per job. Please contact me with your inquiries below.
